Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using services provided by SENOFY Marketing Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing a contract, subscribing to a plan, or using any of our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided,

SENOFY offers marketing services including but not limited to: AI-powered social media content Paid advertising management SEO optimization Website updates and support Analytics and reporting The specific scope of services is defined in your selected plan or custom agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities,

Provide accurate and complete business information. Grant access to required platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, website CMS, ad accounts). Respond promptly to communication and approvals. Remain in good financial standing with active payment methods on file.

3. Payment Terms,

All services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in paused services or a 5% late fee. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

4. Term & Cancellation,

Plans are billed on a month-to-month or contract basis. You may cancel with 15 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. For contracts with a fixed term, early cancellation may incur a termination fee equal to the remaining balance of the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property,

All custom content created by SENOFY (ads, graphics, copy) is your property once full payment is received. We may retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Confidentiality,

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, marketing strategies, login credentials, and business data shared during the partnership.

7. Performance Disclaimer,

SENOFY makes no guarantee of specific marketing outcomes, such as revenue or follower increases. Performance depends on multiple variables outside our control, including competition, budget, and market changes.

8. Limitation of Liability,

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client within the last 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Revisions & Approvals,

All deliverables (social posts, ads, websites, etc.) may be revised up to 2 times per item unless otherwise noted in your package. Final approval is required from the client before publishing.

10. Governing Law,

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments,

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
