Auto-Renewal Notice. All Marketing Service subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the rate displayed above unless cancelled by Client before the next billing cycle. By subscribing, Client expressly consents to recurring charges at the agreed rate. Senofy will send a renewal reminder notice at least 15 days prior to renewal for subscriptions billed annually or exceeding $200 per month.
How to Cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@senofy.com with subject line “Cancel Subscription”, calling 337-273-0777 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Central), or through your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Performance Disclaimer. Service prices reflect access to Senofy’s tools and team support, not guaranteed business outcomes. Senofy does not guarantee specific marketing results, revenue, follower growth, lead volume, or appointment count. Performance depends on multiple variables outside our control including competition, market conditions, budget, regulatory environment, and Client execution.
Setup Fees & Additional Charges. Setup fees, if applicable, are billed separately and are non-refundable once setup work has commenced. Third-party platform costs (e.g., Google Ads spend, Meta Ads spend) are billed directly to Client’s accounts and are not included in Senofy’s service fees unless explicitly stated.
Consulting Services Notice. Senofy is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Our analysis is strategic and operational in nature. Clients should consult a licensed attorney for legal review, document drafting, and contract negotiation.
AI Services Notice. Marketing Services using AI (Auto-Reply, Conversational AI, Voice AI when launched) may require Client disclosure to end consumers under applicable state, federal, or international law. Client is responsible for such compliance.
Trademark Notice. Google™, Facebook™, Instagram™, Meta™, TikTok™, and other third-party brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Senofy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
